ADLC mainly proposes repair services through our partnerhips with vendors and according to their standard terms and conditions (prices, turn around time, warranty period): Datalogic (since 2007), Athesi (since 2010) for barcode terminals and Citizen (since 2018) for professional printers. Products mostly handled by ADLC are the followings:

Further to their reception by ADLC, all the products are tracked with their serial numbers. Then, they are tested, repaired, tested again, refurbished very closed to new ones, and individually packed. Each packing is identified with a label mentioning all the information related to the product and the order.
A warranty label stuck on the product mentions the end of warranty (week and year).
Apart from repair services, ADLC is the French support Center for Citizen printers users.
In the past, ADLC has also offered on behalf of the first worldwide printers manufacturer, a technical and commercial helpdesk in 3 languages, dedicated to France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.
